The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing database systems to support our web applications\' data needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain databases for web applications, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with back-end and front-end developers to integrate database systems with the application architecture.
- Optimize database queries and performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
- Implement data security and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to database architecture and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in database development for web applications.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
- Experience working with Angular, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, etc.).
- Knowledge of database security practices and data encryption techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
