Your Duties In charge of the database management through proper monitoring, analyzing information and evaluating performance and enhancement of the entire database of the organization Maintain, track and monitor the database and help develop and plan new pages, features and functions as necessary. Provide administrative service and support the growth of the organization to increase the size in terms of the number of members. Work with the team on the business development, operations and delivery of other activities of the company such as: Trainings, Conferences, Exhibitions and Networking Events. Meet with clients and acquire advertisers for the directory Manage financial reports for the directory by consolidating various reports in relation to the overall annual budget, target, forecast, revenue and expenses. Handle podcast interviews and schedule independently*Minimum Requirements: *? Excellent communication skills, team player and be flexible to work in a timeline driven environment.? Database Management and Advance Excel Skills w/ reporting (able to manage and manipulate massive amount of data and generate reports)? Business Development Skills? Excellent Sales & Marketing Skills?
