- Keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7 and provide a seamless flow of information considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.
- Work with the software development team to deliver large scale public transportation related projects.
- Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
- Set, maintain database standards and perform tuning of database systems
- Perform installation, patching, upgrading, troubleshooting for the database and database infrastructure
- 40 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or any related degree
- Must at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows Server environments, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle Exadata will be an added advantage
- Experience in Database HA, Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), native monitoring, troubleshooting tools, database security hardening and CIS compliance is a plus
