Job Description

To organize, prepare and follow up the stages of building survey forms directed to all sectors in the internal and external environment of the company, for example, but not limited to (customers, suppliers and partners from the external environment) and (employees from the internal environment). RESPONSIBILITIES Work first on building the survey forms according to a scientific methodology so that the meeting takes place with the party that wants to make the form and determine the purpose of it, the party to which it6 will be directed, the analytical tools that can be used, and what t are the nature and form of the results to be obtained in the final report. Entering the survey forms on the private system and specifying the quantity of the forms that will be sent to the segment directed to them and working on sending them. Receiving the results of answering the survey forms and working on conducting the necessary statistical analysis to reach the desired results. Extracting the results, making the final report, and working on updating these results in each case of supplying responses from the sample to whom the survey is directed. Working on managing the survey's data in full in coordination with the concerned authorities. Extracting the results of the surveys, building the relationships in them, and making recommendations accordingly. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Academic qualification not less than Bachelor's. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in survey analysis, and no less than 5 years in data analysis. Skills and Competencies: Fluent in Arabic and English. High skill in time management and dealing with teams to make the task a success. Qualified in statistical analysis if possible, such as a holder of a SPSS certificate or a sigma plot.
