Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Data Support Executive

to maintain and manage accurate property listings, assist with internal data flow, and ensure that our systems reflect real-time market updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle large volumes of information with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain property listings and client data in internal systems Verify accuracy of information across all platforms and correct discrepancies Coordinate with listing consultants, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data consistency Assist in generating internal reports related to listings, leads, and inventory Conduct regular audits to maintain clean and updated records Support the operations and CRM teams with data clean-up or bulk uploads Ensure confidential handling of company and client information Adhere to timelines and quality standards set by management

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in

data entry or administrative support

(real estate experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus Female candidates preferred
