JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data to provide valuable insights that inform decision-making and support business growth. Experience in data management role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies and initiatives. Strategic technology experience: business/tech transformation experience, operation and service management optimisation, lean methodologies, process improvement and project management. Data leadership experience: Data analytics and emerging technology, commercial skills (expertise in B2B and B2C sales). Data strategy: Develop and implement data management policies and procedures, identify new data resources and technologies, to provide stakeholders with valuable insights to inform decision-marking. Data management: Oversee accuracy, completeness and security of data assets, ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures and identify resolve data quality issues.
