Role Overview
The Data Science Manager will lead AI innovation efforts across multiple domains, contributing to the development of autonomous systems, recommendation engines, conversational agents, and other enterprise-level AI solutions. This position is ideal for a data science leader with a strong GenAI portfolio, deep learning expertise, and hands-on deployment experience in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI systems including LLMs, agentic AI, and co-pilots
• Leverage deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning methods
• Create context-aware, adaptive AI experiences across platforms and devices
• Manage the lifecycle of AI solutions from development to production deployment
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to integrate AI into real-world systems
• Continuously evaluate AI trends and incorporate emerging technologies
• Utilize vector databases for semantic and similarity search capabilities
• Build multi-modal models combining text, audio, image, and video inputs
• Ensure AI systems are efficient, ethical, and aligned with business objectives

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 4 years in GenAI-based solutions
• UAE National (mandatory)

Skills:

• Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Proficiency in NLP using transformers (BERT, GPT, T5)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Faiss, Milvus) and embeddings
• Strong knowledge of semantic learning and representation learning
• Proficient in ML tools (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Capable of API development using Flask or FastAPI
• Familiar with Git-based version control, MLOps, and CI/CD practices
