Job Responsibilities
Implement and monitor compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
Develop, review, and update data protection and privacy policies and procedures.
Manage Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
Utilize the
OneTrust
platform to manage compliance, risk, and privacy consent management.
Handle data breach or leakage incidents and report them in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Provide advisory and consultative support to internal departments on data protection and privacy matters.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the relevant management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in data protection, compliance, or information security.
Solid knowledge of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Practical experience or working knowledge of the
OneTrust
platform.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in data protection or privacy (such as
CIPP
,
CIPM
).
Certified training or hands-on experience with the
OneTrust
platform.
Previous experience in the
government sector
