Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Data Privacy & Protection Specialist to join our dynamic parking management team in the UAE. In this role, you will ensure the organization's data processing activities comply with applicable data protection laws and best practices, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining customer trust.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and procedures aligned with UAE data protection regulations and international standards.

- Conduct regular data protection impact assessments and audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.

- Provide training and awareness programs to employees about data privacy principles and responsibilities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for data privacy inquiries, both internally and from regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and other departments to ensure data security measures are robust and effective.

- Investigate and respond to data breaches or privacy incidents promptly, coordinating mitigation efforts and reporting as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience in data privacy and protection, preferably within the parking management or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of UAE data protection laws and international data privacy frameworks such as GDPR.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication skills to train and guide staff on privacy practices.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Professional certifications like CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
