Experience
? Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Core banking transformation 366 Integration with at least
5 years in system implementation.
? Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems particularly Oracle
Flexcube.
? Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and solutioning.
Technical Skills
? Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE configurations of products and processes.
? Proven track record of successful system integrations and data migrations
Behavioural Skills
? Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
? Experience in managing core banking transformation projects
