Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
Accurately enter and manage data in our systems
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Support sales activities including lead follow-ups, order entry, and customer communication
Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
Collaborate with the team to meet company goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
data entry and receptionist duties or similar fields.
Strong background in
sales
or customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
Experience with CRM software
