Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and a passion for accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized.

- Accurately enter and update data into our systems in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve any discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Perform regular data audits to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information
- Respond to data-related requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate data
- Stay up-to-date with new data entry procedures and technologies as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
