Data Entry Executive

. This role is well suited for individuals who are accurate, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information while supporting daily administrative and data management tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Verify source documents and ensure correctness of entered information. Organize and manage digital and physical records systematically. Assist departments with data retrieval and report generation. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company data. Perform regular data checks to ensure consistency and accuracy. Support general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage. Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role. Good typing speed with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
