Data Entry Executive

to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and ensuring that records are maintained with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain logistics and shipment data in internal systems with speed and accuracy. Verify data for completeness and correctness before entry and after processing. Assist in preparing reports related to shipments, inventory, billing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and operations teams to collect and confirm data inputs. Organize and maintain both digital and physical records in accordance with company standards. Assist in generating invoices, delivery orders, and documentation required for customs or transport. Identify discrepancies and report any errors or delays in data processing to supervisors. Ensure data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in office administration is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with data entry tools or ERP systems. Excellent typing speed and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
