Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data from source documents into prescribed computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets
Verify and correct data where necessary
Update existing data and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Ensure data integrity and security
Maintain logs and compile reports of completed work
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Review data for errors or deficiencies; correct any incompatibilities
Follow data entry protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to obtain and clarify information
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fast and accurate typing skills
Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel)
Attention to detail and strong organization skills

Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
