Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in university databases and systems (CRM).
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Generate and analyze reports as required.
  • Ability to communicate through phone when needed.
Qualifications
  • Current student or graduate from Ajman University.
  • Very good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • High GPA is preferable.
  • Must be fully available throughout the summer months.
