Job Description

*Provide administrative, clerical, and general support to the top executives.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments.

Act as a liaison between the top management and other departments, clients or subcontractors.

Follow up with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations both in the office and on-site, and regularly update the top executives.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Data Entry / Secretary Experience: 2 years minimum experience in a similar position.
A bachelor's degree in accounting is required
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
Strong focus, dedication, and work ethic.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
