Job Description
- Architect the data platform and create real-time apps capable of consuming enormous amounts of data and processing messages in real time.
- Manage the entire data pipeline and contribute to it's strategy and execution.
- Creating, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the data platform architecture from data gathering to data processing and storage.
- Building, modifying, and maintaining integration tools, monitoring tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems.
The Successful Applicant
- 2 - 3 year's experience as a Data Engineer, 4+ year's experience developing APIs, & over 3 year's experience working with Python.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Masters is a plus.
- Significant understanding of AWS Kinesis Services, developing apps utilising it is essential.
