Job Title: Property Scout / Field Research Assistant / DATA Collector
:
We are looking for a motivated individual to act as a
Property Scout
. The role requires daily fieldwork inside assigned buildings to collect direct landlord/owner contact details.Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit
3-4 buildings per day
(locations will be given). Knock on doors and speak with tenants/residents to ask for landlord/owner contact information. Approach security, reception, and building staff to collect any available ownership details. Record and submit all collected phone numbers, names, and unit details daily. Keep a clear log of which buildings and units were covered. Maintain professional behavior and respect privacy while gathering information. Report progress and challenges at the end of each day.Requirements:
Confident communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Good presentation and polite manners. Strong persistence and ability to handle rejection. Familiarity with Dubai areas like Business Bay, JVC, Marina is an advantage. Willingness to walk and actively engage with people every day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
