Data Collection Agent

to help us build a strong, reliable database of qualified leads and market insights.

Role Summary:

As a Data Collection Agent, your job is to gather, verify, and organize information that helps us reach the right customers and make data-driven decisions. This may involve collecting customer details, verifying contact information, researching market data, and supporting digital campaign lists for our outbound sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and compile customer contact data from online and offline sources Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries (email, phone, preferences, etc.) Organize leads in spreadsheets or CRM tools in a structured, categorized format Research new data sources including travel forums, social media, and listings Support marketing and telesales teams with segmented lead lists Follow strict data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good command of English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data entry tools Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus Self-motivated with good organizational skills Prior experience in data entry, admin support, or call center work is advantageous
