Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our data center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a deep understanding of the data centre industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, industry events, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top candidates with expertise in data centre operations, including roles such as data centre technicians, engineers, and managers.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and align recruitment efforts with the company\'s growth objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice in the data centre industry through effective employer branding initiatives.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in the data centre or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of data centre operations, infrastructure, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
