The Role
Guildhall is working on a major Data Centre project in Abu Dhabi with one of the worlds largest Contracting companies. We are looking for a Project Manager to support the MEP works on this key project to carry out the following duties: - Pre and post contract Delivery of the Data Centre. - Ensures project management solutions are delivered and managed with excellence. - Detailed knowledge of MEP installation and design with a particular focus on MEP. - Focus on time, cost, and quality while maintaining the risk, sustainability, and environmental framework agreed upon during the business case/client briefing. - In addition to providing support to team leaders and service leaders, manage multidisciplinary project teams in large sized projects, and professional assignments with a particular interest in MEP disciplines.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Building Services - 15 years + in MEP Project Management - GCC experience of 3 years plus - One data centre project in the UAE - Major MEP /IT Integration experience for Data Centres and facilities, - Experienced working for a Contractor
