Position Overview

The Data Center CDCP Professional ensures that mission-critical data centers are designed, operated, and maintained to deliver

high availability, resilience, and efficiency

. In addition to CDCP certification, this role requires hands-on experience with

Schneider Electric DCIM solutions

to monitor, optimize, and manage infrastructure performance across power, cooling, and IT assets.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

Oversee power systems, cooling strategies, structured cabling, and fire protection. Ensure redundancy and resilience in all critical systems.

DCIM Operations (Schneider Electric)

Deploy and manage Schneider DCIM tools for

real-time monitoring, capacity planning, and predictive analytics

. Integrate DCIM dashboards with operational workflows to improve visibility and decision-making. Generate reports on energy efficiency, asset utilization, and SLA compliance.

Operations & Maintenance

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Monitor KPIs to maintain uptime and service continuity.

Security & Safety

Enforce physical and logical security measures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols.

Compliance & Standards

Align operations with ISO, ANSI/TIA, and Uptime Institute best practices. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and improvement areas.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Support automation and digital transformation initiatives through DCIM insights.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

data center infrastructure

(power, cooling, cabling, fire suppression). Hands-on expertise with

Schneider Electric DCIM platforms

(EcoStruxure IT, StruxureWare). Familiarity with

industry standards

(ISO, ANSI/TIA, Uptime Institute). Expertise in

risk management, capacity planning, and operational resilience

. Strong communication skills for

stakeholder alignment and reporting

.

Qualifications

CDCP Certification

(Certified Data Centre Professional - EPI). Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or facilities management. Proven experience with

Schneider DCIM solutions

for monitoring and optimization.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
