. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving our data center infrastructure to ensure continuous and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain all data center systems including servers, networking equipment, cooling, and power systems.
Perform equipment installations, configurations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Manage cabling, racking/unracking, and asset tracking.
Ensure uptime by responding quickly to hardware failures or environmental alerts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for support and maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and changes.
Follow data center security, health, and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
Strong understanding of server hardware, cabling standards, power distribution, and basic networking.
Knowledge of HVAC, UPS systems, and backup generators is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations.
Good communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
