Defining and implementing a long-term BIM strategy that forecasts and scales capability and capacity across the organization. Collaborating with Business Units to strengthen and expand BIM expertise, identifying competency gaps and training needs. Developing subject matter expertise (SME) areas within BIM relevant to Data Centres. Aligning with Product Development, Manufacturing, Application Engineers and DC Segment Leadership to integrate cross-functional competencies focused on data centre technologies. Establishing BIM-driven design standards and workflows to enhance project delivery efficiency and safety. Digitalization & Optimization of Business Processes Leading the digital transformation of BIM-related workflows to enhance design collaboration, integration, and automation. Supporting Business Units in scaling BIM capabilities through departmental profiling, talent development, and upskilling programs. Identifying and implementing cutting-edge BIM tools and digital solutions tailored to Data Centres. Standardizing best practices for BIM across design and engineering disciplines to ensure operational consistency. Governance & Quality Assurance in Design Delivery Providing strategic input on critical proposals and high-value Data Centre projects. Reviewing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and contractual documentation to ensure compliance, standardization, and quality control. Overseeing the end-to-end BIM implementation for Clients from Proposal stage to Handover. Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. 6-10 years of related experience in the data center business. Understanding of Data Centre design, mission critical facilities and BIM implementation. Proven track record in leading BIM design and development of Object Libraries. Fluent in English with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
