Job Description

A global technology solutions provider is seeking a Data and AI Practice Leader to drive growth and differentiation across MEA. This senior role serves as a key interface to customers and prospects, working closely with Business Development, Sales, Consulting, and Support teams. Reporting directly to the Lead Partner for Consulting, Data & AI, you will help define DXC's point of view, deliver strategic solutions, and expand the organization's footprint across industries.
Responsibilities

• Solution Engagement: Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) within customer environments.
• Value Proposition: Position DXC's architecture and offerings to IT, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
• Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams in account development and lead technical aspects of the sales process for customer engagements.
• Relationship Building: Establish technical credibility and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Solution Design: Architect Data and Analytics solutions tailored to customer business and technical needs.
• Adoption Acceleration: Partner with account teams and service teams to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer to engineering teams, providing feedback and accelerating feature adoption.
• Knowledge Sharing: Capture and share best practices, IP, and insights across teams.
• Team Leadership: Manage and grow your team while overseeing P&L responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong BI background with ability to solve complex problems in enterprise-scale organizations.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, data modeling, and analytical tools.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships both onsite and remotely.
• Expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and IoT architectures and integration.
• Deep understanding of key industry verticals.
• 15+ years of successful enterprise-level BI/Analytics implementations and pre-sales experience.
• Strong industry connections and ability to leverage networks to grow analytics business.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and P&L.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in data governance, data management, big data, security, software engineering, analytics, AI/ML.
• Experience engaging with senior IT and business leaders in large enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with OT platforms (e.g., SCADA systems).
• Cloud-based analytics platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Containerized applications experience (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), SQL, and .NET.
