EPAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Data Analyst

to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, visualization and reporting to support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights using Spotfire and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tibco Spotfire Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Perform data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) from various sources Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Stay updated with the latest Spotfire features and best practices

Requirements

Min 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tibco Spotfire for data visualization and analytics Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Fluency in English Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field

Nice to have

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and scripting within Spotfire Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools
