Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled

Senior Data Analyst

to join our fintech team. This role combines

deep data analysis

,

database administration (including migration expertise)

, and a working understanding of

DeFi (Decentralized Finance)

. The ideal candidate is capable of transforming large datasets into actionable insights, managing data infrastructure, and helping guide DeFi integration efforts from a data perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and trading data to generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and data models. Manage, maintain, and migrate SQL/NoSQL databases with minimal downtime. Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and forecasting. Contribute to the design of data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI tools. Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Work closely with blockchain and product teams to analyze and report on DeFi-related performance and usage. Identify opportunities for integrating DeFi elements into data workflows (e.g., staking analytics, token movement, DEX data integration). Ensure data compliance and security best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, database administration, or data engineering. Proficient in SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or other modern DBs). Experience with database migration projects and data warehouse architecture. Strong experience in BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Working knowledge of DeFi platforms (Ethereum, TON, etc.), protocols, and data sources. Understanding of smart contract interactions and blockchain data indexing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fintech, especially brokerage, exchange, or wallet-based platforms. Familiarity with data privacy laws and GDPR compliance. Scripting in Python/R for data processing and automation.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
