We're Hiring: Data Analyst (Abu Dhabi) Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory movement to extract actionable business insights and drive decisions.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Tableau for real-time performance tracking.
Partner with marketing, sales, and retail operations teams to translate data into clear recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and merchandising.
Build demand-forecasting models and optimize stock levels to reduce shortages and excess inventory across channels.
Maintain high standards of data quality and governance; identify process improvements to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA/MSc) is a plus.
5-7 years of hands-on analytics experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
Strong SQL skills and proven experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with Python or R for analytical modeling is an advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in deriving insights from sales, customer, and inventory datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders.
