Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join Hadef & Partners. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve business operations, support strategic decision-making, and enhance client service delivery. The ideal candidate will transform complex legal and business data into actionable insights that drive firm performance and growth. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including financial systems, case management software, and client relationship management platforms
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to partners and management
• Monitor performance indicators and identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business strategy
• Support pricing decisions and resource allocation through detailed analysis of matter profitability and resource utilization
• Analyze competitive intelligence and market data to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of client pitches by providing relevant data insights and analytics
• Collaborate with practice groups to develop customized analytics solutions for their specific needs
• Create and maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings
• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across the firm

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and practices
• Understanding of database design and data management principles
• Familiarity with legal industry metrics and KPIs is advantageous
• Experience with legal practice management systems is a plus
