Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Able to analyze raw data and translate into concrete actions and reports.
Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, Power BI)
SAP knowledge is a plus
Proactive & positive approach
Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects, priorities and deadlines
Understanding of statistical concepts and how/when to apply
Solution oriented - problem solving mindset
