Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to provide support to senior stakeholders by collating, analyzing, and presenting sales data across various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel and Advanced Excel, and will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from multiple sources including CRM systems, Excel files, and internal databases. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights for the Vice President. Design and maintain dashboards to visualize sales performance, trends, and forecasts. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify data gaps and recommend improvements in data collection and reporting processes. Support quarterly and annual sales reviews with comprehensive data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience

in data analysis, preferably in real estate or sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Advanced Excel functions

(e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, data validation). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
