MIS Platform Support:
Provide daily support and troubleshooting for educational MIS platforms.
Data Extraction & Analysis:
Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
Reporting & Visualization:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
Data Quality Assurance:
Monitor, validate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with academic and operational staff to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Documentation & Training:
Maintain documentation for data processes and provide training or basic support to staff when required.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
3-5
years in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization).
Other Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
