Key Responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of operational and client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for BPO operations Support process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives Work closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal and client stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in BPO / service-based industries Strong proficiency in

Excel, SQL

, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred) Experience handling large datasets and creating meaningful insights Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
