Role Summary
As a Data Analyst focused on banking and data analytics, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into insightful visualizations and reports. You will support performance tracking, dashboard design, and usage analytics for corporate channel platforms within a large-scale financial institution.
What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and real-time reporting tools for banking channels
• Aggregate and analyze large datasets from multiple systems to derive actionable insights
• Perform comparative analytics across time periods, products, and customer segments
• Create visualizations that track KPIs and platform performance
• Collaborate with IT, product teams, and operations to gather requirements
• Ensure accuracy, usability, and transparency in all analytics deliverables
• Document data models, sources, and methodologies for repeatability
• Participate in user acceptance testing and feedback-driven optimization
• Provide timely reports and insights to support strategic reviews

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar data analytics role in the banking domain
• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Skilled in SQL, data aggregation, and cleaning large datasets
• Excellent knowledge of KPI reporting, business dashboards, and analytics workflows
• Familiarity with Agile or traditional project frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and documentation expertise
