about the role

Data & AI Senior Solutions Architect

The Data & AI Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for developing an optimal service, financial and operational solution leveraging Orange Business Services' existing/emerging solutions, customer-specific development, and third-party services. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between all service blocks and components. Align and optimize the operating model across various service blocks, business units, third-party suppliers and a customer's existing service management model. Ensure alignment and integration between customer and Orange security policies, compliance and business continuity requirements. Ensure clear delineation between Orange, customer and third-party roles and responsibilities during the contract life. Obtain solution design validation directly with technical architecture team, service delivery organizations and business units. Functional work activity covers the development of technical architecture; operation model, service level agreements; overall solution costing; delivery planning; and offer elaboration inclusive of customer-facing activities such as presentations and negotiations as required.

C-Level Executive communication skills

Holistic view on emerging IT trends with a special focus on those pertaining modern design of data and AI platforms

Exposure to the Middle East market

Commercial acumen

Understanding of Enterprise architecture standards (TOGAF)

Proven track record in driving the solution process of large-scale integration opportunities either at infrastructure or at the Enterprise Application Integration level

Business case development

Education, qualifications, and certifications

Degree in business, science (or another relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrable commitment to self-development

Certified Data Management Professional

ITIL v3 foundation certification (nice to have), TOGAF certification (must have)

Financial background is a plus

Optional : PMP or PgMP or Prince2 or MSP (or internal PM certifications)

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of customer facing experience in the telecom or IT industry

Exposure into data management solutions from prominent vendors (Informatica, Cloudera, Microsoft synapse, Google BigQuery) and AI/ML vendors (Dataiku, Datarobots)

Proven experience in leading delivery of data/AI platform programs will be considered a plus

Proven experience in architecting data and AI platforms during presales

Experience in communicating and reporting to senior management
