The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and design specifications. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings for execution.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
Revise drawings as per client/consultant/site feedback.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out projects iin the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software (SketchUp, Revit, etc. is a plus).
Strong knowledge of joinery and fit-out detailing.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
