Position Details:

Live Streaming Hours: 6 hours per day (on-site performance)

Training & Makeup: 2-4 hours per day (provided during probation)

Currency Conversion: 1 USD = 100 Diamonds

Training Period: 1 month

Salary Structure:

First Month (Training Period)

Fixed Salary: AED 6,000

Regular Salary (Based on Diamond Output)

Below 2M Diamonds: AED 6,000 + KPI Bonus AED 2,000

3.5M Diamonds Reached: Monthly salary increases to AED 12,000

5M Diamonds Reached: Monthly salary increases to AED 16,000

Requirements:

Female, 18-30 years old

Confident performers: dancers, influencers, entertainers, and other talents

Able to maintain consistent performance and professionalism during live sessions
