Operations & Performance Management

Optimize product flow, process efficiency, and plant utilization to maximize productivity, margins, and profitability. Lead shift operations to ensure production KPIs and

LIP targets

are achieved within budgeted limits as reported in

SAP

. Review production plans in coordination with planning and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)

standards during all operations. Ensure all products meet defined

quality standards

and regulatory requirements. Implement corrective and preventive actions for

NCNs

arising from audits and day-to-day operations. Review, update, and enhance

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and compliance. Identify loss areas (LIP) and recommend process, operational, or equipment-related improvements. Drive process and equipment optimization initiatives to reduce overhead costs and improve operational efficiency.

Equipment, Projects & Maintenance Coordination

Maintain strong working knowledge of all process equipment and systems within the department. Support operations of all processing equipment and critical activities such as

milk intake and concentrate decanting

. Actively participate in new projects, upgrades, and commissioning activities. Collaborate closely with maintenance teams by providing accurate operational and technical inputs to reduce downtime and support preventive maintenance plans.

Operational Flexibility

Provide shift coverage, including weekends, as required to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Desirable

Strong presentation and communication skills. Formal training or working knowledge of

Food Safety Management Systems

. Awareness or practical knowledge of

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

and

Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

.
