Apt Resources is seeking dedicated and hardworking Dairy Farm Labourers to join our team at a distinguished dairy farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Dairy Farm Labourer, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily farm activities and the overall care of the dairy herd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about agriculture and dairy farming.
Responsibilities

• Assist with the milking process of dairy cows, ensuring that all procedures are followed for hygiene and animal welfare.
• Feed and water livestock according to established schedules and nutritional standards.
• Clean and maintain barns, pens, and milking areas to ensure a healthy environment for the animals.
• Monitor the health and behavior of the animals, reporting any concerns to the farm manager.
• Assist with breeding and calving processes as required.
• Help in the maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
• Support the farm team in various tasks and projects as directed by the farm supervisor or manager.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all farm employees.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in dairy farming is necessary; training will be provided.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A strong commitment to animal welfare and the quality of work.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be currently residing in UAE
