Experienced in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation/ CRM/ both.
User support and troubleshooting
System Configuration and maintainance
Business process optimization
Training and Documentation
Testing and Quality assurance.

License/Certification:
* MS-SC200, SC-300, SC-300 or MS Cybersecurity Architect (Required)
