Job Description

To provide full support to maintain companies provided tricycles at plant site Qatar. 1. Coordinates correspondence between departments' staff and transport coordinator, including punchers, repairs, maintenance work, etc. 2. Arrange and oversees various locations including the Onshore plant site Qatar and Qatar Housing. 3. Coordination between QOP's departments and warehouse for spares stock and day to day requirements 4. Takes Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) lead in ensuring 'safe systems of work' and 'safe conditions' are in place within area of responsibility. 5. Demonstrates visible commitment to HSE by periodically leading/taking part in Tool Box Talk, HSE meetings, emergency drills, etc. 6. Ensures assigned staff and contractors comply with all company HSE policies & procedures and related initiatives. 7. Performs other similar or related duties as required. Ensures implementation of company's policies, procedures, and initiatives. Performs ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Transport Coordinator, Transport officer and Head of Support Services.
