Job Summary

We are seeking a

Cybersecurity Strategy Consultant

to support one of our clients in enhancing cybersecurity posture across complex IT and OT environments. The role focuses on developing strategic roadmaps, aligning capabilities, and tracking progress in line with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic workshops to assess current cybersecurity maturity and identify capability gaps. Develop tailored cybersecurity strategies aligned with enterprise frameworks and sector-specific risks. Create detailed roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, ownership models, and integration plans for new or evolving business units. Track progress through structured reporting and maintain strategic oversight dashboards. Support integration of newly onboarded entities into the organization's performance tracking system. Provide ongoing strategic recommendations to uplift capabilities and ensure alignment with cybersecurity objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity strategy, enterprise risk, or digital transformation roles. Deep understanding of maturity models (e.g., NIST CSF, CMMI, ISO 27001) and strategic cybersecurity planning. Familiarity with progress tracking tools and KPI dashboards. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CISM, CRISC ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
