NexTech GCC is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to drive growth across the GCC region.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong cybersecurity domain knowledge and proven success selling to end customers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue and profitability for the Cybersecurity portfolio Position cybersecurity products and solutions by identifying customer needsBuild and strengthen relationships with resellers, vendors, and partners across the GCC Develop partner capability, awareness, and traction for assigned solution sBuild, manage, and close a strong sales pipeline from lead to closureEnsure accurate forecasting aligned with management expectationsDevelop and execute time-bound business plans to meet objectivesConsistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDemonstrate agility, self-motivation, and a continuous learning mindsetRequired Experience & Skills8-10 years of overall IT sales / business development experienceMinimum 5 years in Cybersecurity salesProven experience selling directly to end customers (mandatory)Experience working with resellers, system integrators, and vendors (added advantage)Minimum 3 years tenure in each previous organizationStrong track record of consistent target achievementExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsGood understanding of the GCC cybersecurity marketArabic speaking ability is a plusQualificationsIT or Engineering degree preferredRelevant vendor/solution certifications in cybersecurity are an advantageIdeal Candidate BackgroundCybersecurity business development or sales professionalsExperience with SIs, cybersecurity vendors, or dedicated security integratorsCandidates from cybersecurity divisions of distributors or integrators with end-customer sales exposureCandidate must be currently based in DubaiIn
