JOB OBJECTIVE

As part of its international development, THALES is developing a worldwide training and practice-based training offer dedicated to critical systems, CYBELS Train & Experiment. This offer is based on a network of centres (Cyberlab, Cyber Academy) open throughout the world as well as an ecosystem of partners: industrial partners, universities, research centres, etc.

The objective of the position will be to develop this global offer with a view to ensuring global coherence between the various players. You will be supported by local correspondents in the various countries and by cross-functional departments such as R&D, marketing, sales and communications in order to develop all the elements necessary for the success of your mission. This position requires regular international travel.

RESPONSABILITIES

The THALES Train & Experiment PLM solution is in charge of defining and developing the global training and practice training offer throughout its life cycle with a view to ensuring international consistency.

- It ensures that the offer meets customer expectations and the global profitability objectives validated by the Global Product Line Manager and BL Management. To do this, he/she analyses the global market, customer needs and the competition with the help of local contributors and marketing.

- He/she proposes the best responses to the market\'s strategic, technical, price and financing expectations.

- It guarantees the global coherence of the offer and its distribution in all BL countries.

- It manages, leads and develops the network of partners of the offer (industrialists, universities, research centres, etc.)

- He/she draws up and updates the global Product Plan and leads the Decision Reviews at BL level and manages the action plans.

- He/she assists the managers in the production of local offers and the preparation of commercial gates, validates the conformity of offers with the Product Policy and identifies any discrepancies;

The PLM cooperates with the PLA (Product Line Architect) for the technical definition of the offer, the core team and the Project Manager in charge of the solution\'s development. He/she validates the specifications, participates in progress meetings and validates the acceptance of the components of the offer.

He/she coordinates the development and validates the sales and communication kit. It supports the marketing and sales teams in promoting the offer and sales actions.

He/she checks the competitiveness of the offer, in particular the profitability commitments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5- 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Training, Coaching and people development.
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in ICT with focus on Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, IDS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM).
• Experienced with virtual classroom training tools.
• Ability to coach students and assess their technical capabilities processes and procedures as they investigate simulated attack scenarios.
• Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within all levels of the organization.
• Able to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Must be willing to travel, to support customer base (post-covid)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and inter personal skills.
• Several years of experience in defining offers/solutions/products in an international environment
• Several years of experience in Program Management / Bid Management / Business Development / Trade / Marketing
• Ability to understand a market, customer needs and to position oneself in relation to the competition
• Able to define a strategy from a blank page
• Ability to express an idea/strategy in a synthetic way
• Ability to convince and get a multidisciplinary and multicultural team to adhere
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
• Management in a non-hierarchical situation

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
• Relevant Accreditations and knowledge in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.
• Fluent in English and French
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
