Job objectives
Work with Thales clients to address system engineering strategy and challenges. Synthesize and analyze information while working with Thales team to develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities.
Manage and improve the entire lifecycle of our services \xe2\x80\x93 from creation to deployment and operational support
Support the structuring of our CI/CD pipeline from the collection of needs to the deployment of new integrated tools
Manage infrastructure security, maintenance, and scalability
Lead initiatives to automate and make scalable our systems while improving their reliability and velocity
Respond to system inefficiencies and resolve issues quickly to ensure system availability and performance
Participate in technological choices and architectural evolution choices
Monitor and train in the most relevant technologies for our services
Work in an Agile Squad as an active member of the squad; being \xe2\x80\x9cactive\xe2\x80\x9d means that you should be able to detect gaps which can be filled by either automation or a 3rd party tool as part of the CI/CD process
Write and review technical and user guide documentation
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years software experience where you spent at least 3 years working in DevOps.
Working knowledge of Ansible, python and automation tools.
Working knowledge Git and GitLab
Working knowledge of one or more system-level programming languages like BASH, Python.
Working knowledge of operating & maintaining Linux OSes (e.g. debian, RedHat, Ubuntu, Slackware)
Working knowledge of deploying NAS.
Experience working with virtualization: VMWare, HyperV, etc...
Experience with REST APIs, micorservices development and deployment.
Deep understanding of the major OS families (Linux or Windows)
Conscious of security concerns
Adhere to security best practices from design to implementation and operations
Has Agile methodology and process understanding and experience
Has a continuous learning mindset and learning of new paradigms, techniques and practices in build-test-release cycles and software automation
Open, strong communicator who communicates effectively across teams, locations and cultures, in-person and virtually

Qualification, Certification and Educational requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
Relevant Accreditation or other internationally recognized certifications.
Preferred skills and behaviours
Previous experience in Development/Consulting/Professional services.
Previous experience in GCC.
Good Communication skills
