Job Description
Role Purpose
Develop and execute commercial campaigns to meet assigned targets while ensuring the best customer experience.
Job Responsibility
- Manage principal commercial communication channels with Vodafone’s customer base.
- Develop, execute, and monitor campaigns.
- Automate campaigns through SQL and campaign development platforms.
- Continuously maintain and enhance campaign development platforms.
- Continuously liaise with commercial product and segment owners to ensure the right offer is communicated with the right customer through the right channel at the right time.
- Explore relevant aspects of consumer behavior within the relevant commercial segment and implement base management strategies through design & execution of all BTL campaigns via multiple channels to deliver the best commercial return
Role Qualifications:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.
- Excellent skills in MS office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong reporting & analytical skills.
- Good understanding of basic statistical and analytical techniques.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Previous programming/scripting experience is a plus.
- Previous DWH, MIS, Customer Insights experience is a plus.
- Understands marketing principles.
- Proficient presentation and excellent report writing skills.
