CVIT (Cash and Valuables in Transit) Security Guard

with over

2 years of hands-on experience

in the security services industry, specializing in the secure transportation of cash, bullion, confidential documents, and other high-value assets. Proven track record of working under pressure in high-risk environments while ensuring the safety and security of clients, cargo, and personnel.

. Strong understanding of security protocols, local compliance requirements, and emergency response procedures related to cash-in-transit operations. Skilled in operating both individually and as part of a high-functioning security team, ensuring that all duties are executed with precision, discretion, and professionalism.

Holds a valid

CVIT certification

Security Officer license

firearm competency certificate

as required by regulatory authorities. Physically fit and alert, with excellent observation skills, the ability to think critically under pressure, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of trust, integrity, and service delivery.

Responsibilities :

Safely and securely transporting large volumes of cash and valuables between financial institutions, retail locations, ATMs, and cash-processing facilities. Conducting vehicle and route checks to identify and mitigate risks before and during transit. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response protocols in line with industry and company regulations. Operating armored vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and defensive driving practices. Performing daily inspections and ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles, weapons, and equipment. Managing client interactions professionally and courteously during pick-ups and deliveries. Maintaining accurate records of transactions, logs, and security reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Remaining alert and observant at all times to detect suspicious activities or potential threats. Supporting team members in crisis situations and communicating effectively with control centers and supervisors during operations. Participating in regular security drills, training, and upskilling to stay compliant and responsive to evolving security threats.

Certifications and Licenses :

Valid CVIT (Cash-in-Transit) Certification Registered Security Officer License (Grade C/B, etc., based on country) Firearm Competency Certificate (if armed) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record First Aid & Emergency Response Certification (optional but beneficial)
