Cutting List Maker
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cutting lists based on project drawings, design specifications, and material requirements.
Ensure accuracy of dimensions, quantities, and types of materials for cutting and fabrication.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to verify material specifications.
Maintain records of cutting lists and update them as changes occur in project drawings.
Optimize material usage to minimize wastage and reduce project costs.
Assist the production or site team in material handling and organization.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during production or fabrication.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma / ITI / Vocational / Graduate (preferably in Interior Design, Engineering, or related field).
Experience: 2-5 years in interior fit-out, joinery, or manufacturing projects preferred.
Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of technical drawings and measurement standards.
