Customs Co-worker - Freight Documentation Dubai
Role Summary
Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Co-worker to support documentation and clearance processes in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate and timely handling of import/export documents, BOE processing, and coordination with DP World and Dubai Trade systems. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates with strong data entry skills and knowledge of customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DP World payments and BOEs on the same day of document issuance
• Download and merge inbound/outbound shipment documents within 24 hours
• File non-remittance claims within two days of final SWB receipt
• Create and organize outbound shipment folders post-ED processing
• Verify and update COK status for inbound shipments
• Maintain invoice and EDI data on EL master file and shared folders
• Ensure timely updates on BL and consumable shipment documentation
• Assist in inbound and outbound team deliverables and KRAs
• Perform checks to ensure complete and correct documentation before submission
• Update master trackers, consumables reports, and arrival-based shipment logs
• Follow up on escalated or delayed documents and maintain compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Familiarity with Dubai Trade platform and BOE documentation
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Alert, proactive, and organized work attitude
